You can receive the first Giant’s Heart after completing a certain amount of quests in the Tortoyk continent of Lost Ark. After completing the main storyline of Tortoyk, you need to progress to theFive Scattered Brothersquest.
Five Scattered Brothers Tortoyk Quest
The Five Scattered Brothers quest will reward you with the first Giant’s Heart. To get the Five Scattered Brothers, you’ll need to be level 50. From there, you’ll need to talk to the Village Chief in Mokoko Village to start this quest. you’re able to find him on the map below.

You must then speak to the 3rd, 8th, and 5th elders, all marked on the map. You will then be taken all over Tortoyk to fallen brothers. The quest consists of going to each NPC and pressing G until you reach the end. There is no fighting involved in this quest.

You should do this immediately after completing the main story in Tortoyk. If you’ve already completed it, then it will be infinitely easier since you’ll be stronger than any monsters around.
