The Wanted Monster side quest is first introduced to you by Livia early in the game, along with the ability to capture monsters. to complete a Wanted Monster quest, you first need to reduce your target’s HP, then capture them withZL.
However, each Wanted Monster is unique and located in a specific area. Here’s where to find theSlime.
Slime location
The Slime is located on thenorthwest part of Phoros Woodlandsbeside the river that flows through the area. It will be surrounded by mushroom monsters, which should be easy to kill.
Contrary to its slow movement, Slime attacks quickly and usually with no sign that it’s going to. It also has a surprisingly big attack range. Throwspellsat it and keep out of harm’s way. Besides, unlike weapon skills, spells don’t use RP!

If you cannot find the Slime, make sure you’ve talked toLiviaand havechosen the Slimeto subjugate. If another Wanted Monster is selected as your target, the Slime will not appear.
