The Wanted Monster side quest is first introduced to you by Livia early in the game, along with the ability to capture monsters. In order to complete a Wanted Monster quest, you first need to reduce your target’s HP, then capture them withZL.
However, each Wanted Monster is unique and located in a specific area. Here’s where to find theGoblin Archer.
Goblin Archer location
The Goblin Archer is located on thesouth side of Phoros Woodlands, in front of a cavern that leads to a fishing spot. It’ll take a while to chip at its HP, and it’s pretty powerful, but as long as you never give it the chance to draw its bow, you’ll be fine. You can even use the very first short sword you’re given.

If you cannot find the Goblin Archer, make sure that you’ve talked toLiviaand havechosen the Goblin Archerto subjugate. If another Wanted Monster is selected as your target, the Goblin Archer will not appear.
