The Wanted Monster side quest is first introduced to you by Livia early in the game, along with the ability to capture monsters. In order to complete a Wanted Monster quest, you first need to reduce your target’s HP, then capture them withZL.
However, each Wanted Monster is unique and located in a specific area. Here’s where to find theFairy.
Fairy location
Contrary to what’s written on the wanted poster, the Fairy is actually located closer to thesouthwest part of Phoros Woodlandsthan its center. It can be found near the onlypondin the area. The Fairy might not be visible at first glance, but you should find it wandering near the rocks.
The Fairy hits hard, but so long as you don’t give it an opportunity to attack, you should be fine. It certainly helps that her defenses against physical attacks are low.

If you cannot find the Fairy, verify you’ve talked toLiviaand havechosen the Fairyto subjugate. If another Wanted Monster is selected as your target, the Fairy will not appear.
