During the main questCradle of Echoes, which you obtain byspeaking to Varl and Erendnear the southwest exit of the Base, you will come across a console. The console, which can be found on thenorthern edge of the Ninmah Research Lab, will need a code.
Finding the code is relatively simple; it is automatically given to you at the beginning of the quest. Simply go to yourNotebookand locate theDistress Signal Datapoint. Upon reading it, you will notice the code to the console, which is237. Close your Notebook, and make your way back to the northern border of the map.

Return to the console, and insert the code embedded in the Datapoint. You will be able to progress to the final stage of the Cradle of Echoes quest. Before going any farther, make sure you are well equipped for a fight. Upon completion, you will receive10,000XP, as well as2 Skill Points.
