The World Bosses in Lost Ark are very different from regular dungeon bosses. All World Bosses have been made to be much stronger than a full party of players, so it will take at least a dozen players to take them down. Taking down the World Bosses is an optional objective, and you need not go out of your way to do so.
How long before a World Boss respawns?
World Bossesrespawn at different times, some of the earlier bosses are30 minutesafter being defeated, but others could be as long as two hours. Every world boss has its own timer based on the server and world, but it always restarts after they are killed.
If you go to an area where the boss is supposed to be, and it’s not there, stay there. Some players have reported that a World Boss did not reset but did so when they waited nearby instead of leaving and returning.

The World Boss will remain alive as long as an adventurer needs to defeat it. If you are near the World Boss when it is being attacked and have helped, even if you contributed little, you will receive part of the reward.
