Rune Factory 5 is made up of many new features, some of which you may find very handy. One of these is the addition of a rare type of crop called Starfall Crops. These crops only occur under specific conditions, so it’s not surprising that farmers will want to get their hand on them as soon as possible.
Starfall Crops are rare crops that are grown fromseedsthat only appear after aStarfall Showeroccurs. These crops sell for16,000Gand are useful in taming boss enemies like theNine-tailed Fox. Eachseasonhas its own Starfall Seeds:

In order to get these crops, you must find the fallen meteors and mind them using your hammer. Once you get your seeds, they take aroundten daysto grow and will take uptwo squares.
When do Starfall Showers Happen?
Starfall Showers are completely random, but you may get a heads up on them by checking theweather. When a shower occurs, a smallshooting starwill show up where your weather indicator is. There is no way to trigger more Starfall Showers, and their appearance is completely based onRNG.
