Upon completing Castle Luterra, you unlock both sailing and your Stronghold. At the Stronghold, you may craft items, research upgrades, and send sailors out on Dispatch Missions. Part of this includes Special Missions for the Dispatch Station.
These are special Dispatch Missions that aretougher but provide higher rewards. These are marked by orange text and are not unlocked at the start. This may leave you wondering how to unlock Special Missions for the Dispatch Station.

To unlock Special Missions for the Dispatch Station, you will need to meet some prerequisites. This includes reachingcharacter level 50andupgrading your Dispatch Station to level two. Once you have accomplished these, an NPC will appear at your Stronghold Docks namedAdventurer Edwin.
Speak with him, and he will give you a quest titledLegendary Monster Slayer. This walks you through a tutorial for Special Dispatch Missions. Complete this quest, and you will gain the ability to send your sailors out on Special Missions for the Dispatch Station.
