What are Random Encounters in Dying Light 2?
Random Encountersare marked asblue diamondson the map and can be completed at any point during the story. Tasks often include saving fellow survivors from a horde of zombies and escorting an injured accomplice back to safety. Once completed, a reward will be given, depending on the complexity of the task.

What are Campire Encounters in Dying Light 2?
Campfire Encounters, on the other hand, are represented bybook iconson the map, and are also available to complete at any point in the story. However, unlike Random Encounters, Campfires are simply there to fill you in on additional lore, without a challenge or goal. All you need to do is rest near any available fire and listen to the tales or songs of fellow survivors.
