Niantic announced the April Community Day for Pokémon Go players. The event will focus on the PokémonStuffuland will take place onSaturday,April 23,2022. The hours for the event are2pm local time to 5pm local time. This is a bit later than the normal hours for Pokémon Go’s Community Days.
Featured Pokémon
Stufful has not been released in the mobile game yet and is set to debut during the April Community Day. Players will need to catch enough Stufful to obtain400 Stufful Candiesin order to evolve the Pokémon into Bewear. Stufful that evolve into Bewear during the event will learn theexclusive move Drain Punch. This is a Fighting-type move, which falls in line with the Pokémon’s sole Fighting typing.
Event Bonuses
There are several Event Bonuses that players can take part in during April’s Community Day. The Event Bonuses give players increased XP, Candy, and even increased Special Trades for the day. All Event Bonuses (including the event’s Group Play Bonus) can be found below:
Group Play Bonus
Players will work together with other trainers to meet a goal during the Community Day event. If players can catch enough Pokémon near a specific Pokéstop with a Lure Module active, the three-times catch XP will become four-times catch XP.

Event Bundles
There will be a few new bundles available in the in-game shop during, and shortly before, the event. A one-time purchaseCommunity Day Boxwill be available for 850 PokéCoins. It will contain 15 Ultra Balls, 15 Pinap Berries, one Elite Fast TM, and one Remote Raid Pass. Afree bundlecontaining 30 Ultra Balls will also be available during the event.
