Kingdom Hearts 4 has a lot of speculation around it already, even though we have only seen a single trailer. The first trailer showed Sora in a location called Quadratum, which seemed to be an alternate version of Shibuya. Nomura recently did a small interview to help clear up some confusion around the area.
Nomurahas spoken, and the Shibuya shown in the Kingdom Hearts 4 trailer isnot relatedto the Shibuya where the Reaper’s Game takes place. This means thatQuadratumis its own universe and is likely separate from any Square Enix or Disney franchises. This was confirmed byXenosaga7on Twitter.
Nomura interview on KH4:-the room Sora wakes up is going to be sort of his base in the early parts.-the interior in his room will probably change in the final game-Shibuya is part of Quadratum.-Shibuya in Quadtratum is not related to Shibuya in TWEWY. No connections.

The World Ends With You recently releasedNeo, a sequel to the first game. Many players speculated that this was in preparation for Kingdom Hearts 4, mostly due to the104 Buildingshowing up at the end of Kingdom Hearts 3. This doesn’t mean that we won’t see TWEWY characters show up later in the game.
Little is known about Kingdom Hearts 4, and it will likely be quite some time before we get any more information.
