HoYoverse, formally known as MiHoYo, has seen a lot of success in the last few years with its flagship titles Honkai Impact 3rd and Genshin Impact. The company has officially announced HoYoverse, their virtual platform for VR content. In addition, the company also rebranded itself with this title.
HoYoverse released a statement along with their new officialHoYoversewebsite. The company stated that they want to create avirtual spacewhere users can enjoy anime, gaming, and other diverse types of entertainment to provide users with a robust virtual space.

HoYoverse statement also mentionedAI developmentand usingcloud computing. On another part of the HoYoverse site, you may also find a statement aboutrebrandingthe companies account services and customer service emails to feature the new HoYoverse name.
The rebranding is set to be completedFeb. 16and will affect all of the brand’s customer service emails. ByMay 1, HoYoverse will discontinue all emails accounts containing the old address. You canclick here to see the new email addressesfor HoYoverse’s customer support team.
You will also notice the Genshin Impact Website has also changed its website URL to reflect the rebranding. If you scroll to the bottom of the Genshin Impact website, you will see that the MiHoYo logo has been exchanged for the HoYoverse one.
