You will come across the Stone of Power quest in Lost Ark once you hitlevel 50. Since this is aroster quest, you can complete this quest withany character you want. And the XP you gain from this will apply to your entire roster.

In order to complete this quest, here’s what you need to collect:
For the first two items, you will have to make your way to theTortoyk’s Heart dungeon, located on the continent ofTortoyk. You will be able to collect the Pieces of the Shadowfallen Giant Locarok and Pebbling’s stone fragments pretty early on in the dungeon. So technically, you needn’t complete the entire dungeon.
For the fourth claw of Thanatos, you will have to make your way to yet another dungeon known as theMorai Ruins. This dungeon can be found on theSaland Hillarea on the continent ofYudia. You will have to defeat Thanatos at the very end of the dungeon in order to obtain his fourth claw.
Once you’ve collected all these items, return to theLegendary BlacksmithonSerenity Isleand pick up your rewards for completing this quest. Alternatively, you’re able to alsocomplete this quest from the Quest Menu itselfonce you’ve gathered all the required items.
