Additionally, I recommend you togo to Windows Settingsand set the keyboard layout to QWERTY.
While at it, I suggest you delete all other keyboard layouts unless you are using them. This will help prevent accidental language switching.
Run the Keyboard Troubleshooter
If changing the language does not work, tryrunning the Windows troubleshooterfor your keyboard.
