Horizon Forbidden West allows players to upgrade their equipment and “pouches.” you may do this at workbenches scattered around the game’s massive open-world map. The pouch upgrades will garner a range of effects mostly centered around the carrying capacity for the targeted item.
Potion Pouch upgradeswill allow players to carry more potions at a time for use in and out of combat. This upgrade is extremely helpful. You can never do too much healing, especially when fighting late-game machines.

There are a total of 3 Potion Pouch upgrades. The items needed for each upgrade are listed below:

These items can be obtained by killing animals around the map and looting their bodies. Some items are more difficult than others, but animals seem to have a much higher chance of dropping rare items than machines, so it shouldn’t take too long to upgrade this pouch.
