If you are wondering how to unlock the Weapon Decoding War Table upgrade, you will need to completeSeasonal Challenges. Completing specific Seasonal Challenges will reward you with one Insight. You can then use Insight back at theWar Tableto unlock War Table Upgrades.
Start by heading over to Seasonal Challenges under theSeason tab. You can find the Season tab by opening the menu tab and locating it at the top right of your screen.
After clicking the Seasons tab, you can find Seasonal Challenges at the bottom of your screen. Under Seasonal Challenges, you can find two challenges that can earn you Insight,Operation ElbrusandPsychogenic Decoder.

You can complete the Psychogenic Decoder challenge by collecting Psychogenic Intel and collectingRisen Embral Energy. To complete Operation Elbrus, you will need to defeat enemies in PsiOps Battlegrounds.
