Lost in a Foreign Land is a two-part hidden World Quest that can be triggered in The Chasm’s Underground Mine. The quest is located in The Glowing Narrows, which you may access as soon as you complete The Chasm Spelunkers, but it can only light up during Wherefore Did the Spiritstone Descend.
To initiate the quest, head to the exact location circled in the image below.You will be attacked by an Electro Cicin Magenamed ??? (Isolated Electro Cicin Mage).Defeat herto initiate the Lost in a Foreign Land World Quest.
A dialogue with the Electro Cicin Mage will start as soon as you defeat her. She will introduce herself asKatarina. After, some Floating Hydro Fungi will appear. Defeat them, and Katarina will invite you to her hideout. Follow the quest marker to her hideout and speak with her again to complete the first part of the quest.
You need towait one real-time daybefore visiting Katarina in her hideout once again. She’ll tell you about a fellow Fatuus named Nikolay and will ask you to help her find him. You need to look for clues Nikolay left behind in the area marked by the quest marker.

After, follow the quest marker to the location mentioned in Nikolay’s Diary. You’ll find a gate blocked by a Ruin Guard.Defeat the Ruin Guardto unlock the gate and interact with the object the quest marker is pointing to. Once that’s done, head back to Katarina in the hideout to complete the World Quest.
