Honkai: Star Rail is the latest game from miHoYo, creators of Genshin Impact, Tears of Themis, and Honkai: Impact. A free-to-play tactical RPG set in the Honkai universe, Star Rail is set to take players on a cosmic journey across the stars. And now, you can join a new beta testing program called the Galaxy Explorer Program.
The Galaxy Explorer Program was announced on the morning of March 10, with a post on the game’s officialTwitter. miHoYo specified that this is a little different from the closed beta in that the tests are separate and on a smaller scale. Additionally, the Galaxy Explorer Program will allow batches of players who applied to join instead of one big wave.

The survey will ask you a few questions designed to figure out which batch of the Galaxy Explorer Program is best for you. Even if you apply for the Galaxy Explorer Program now, there’s no guarantee you’ll be let into the next beta test. You’ll also need to sign the Testing Service Agreement, a kind of NDA for the service.
