Quahaug is a young clairvoyant who lives in the Wolffort demesne. After he receives a vision of himself fighting for House Wolffort, he offers his talents to Serenoa. He’s one of three characters (along with Decimal and Giovanna) who’s difficult to get your first playthrough because of the conviction strength you need forall threealignments.

To get Quahaug, yourUtilitylevel needs to be really, really high—much higher than your Morality and Liberty, which need to be pretty high as well. Using Quietuses, collecting spoils, selling items, and deploying recommended units are some ways you can raise Utility.

Quahaug is a time mage with excellent, well, utility. He can speed up allies, revert their statuses to their previous turn’s, and even stop everybody but himself from moving. Quahaug can also teleport allies to nearby tiles regardless of its height. A speed or HP build is recommended.
