To get the Twinblade, you will need to head to the Dragon Burnt Ruins located in the swamp near Limgrave. You can find theDragon Burnt Ruinsclose to the starting area called The First Step.
From the entrance ofThe First Step, you will want to head directly right. Going right will eventually take you down a hill, but you should see the ruins in the distance. If you have trouble finding the ruins, you can find the Dragon Burnt Ruins in the location shown below.

Once there, you will want to keep an eye out forcellar openingswithin the ruins. But beware, for one of them leads to ateleport trap chest. You will know when you are in the wrong cellar when you encounter rats inside.
The correct cellar entrance is in the southernmost section of the ruins. You will want to look for a whollysquared walled-offbuilding that is impossible to jump over.
To get inside, find an area where the wall is low enough and use your horse to double jump inside. Then enter the cellar leading to a chest containing theTwinblade.
