Where is the Encrypted Note in Vern North?
Monsters with a golden aura above their heads are more likely to drop Encrypted Notes. There are many of these monsters, but they are the strongest and the hardest to find. We recommend fighting the Malignant Mutant Boss in Balankar Mountains, which is around the area we found it.
There’s no way to get these collectibles every time, but we’ve noticed that they drop more frequently from those monsters. The best way to get them is with old-fashioned farming and luck since monsters randomly drop them. This item appears to be a piece of paper, and it is described as having many codes on it.
