Eventually, resource extraction will unlock on your Deepsight Resonance Weapon after you reach a certain point. At this point, you can extract Neutral Element along with a choice of Adroit Element or Ruinous Element. Both options will include a total of200 Neutral Elements.
That being said, we highly recommend farming Neutral Elements from DSR weapons whenever possible in Destiny 2. Over time, you will need as many of the resources as possible to use in the crafting system in Destiny 2.
