to get your hands onNatalia’s Hammer, you will need to wait until night. Once the moon sets, you will be able to visit Natalia’s shop. Simply use theLockpick Incantationfrom the front door to unlock the door and gain entry. Once inside, you will be able to take the Hammer from the anvil.

After acquiring Natalia’s Hammer, you will be able to progress with the Wraithing in Anticipation task. The task, which sees a wraith reveal itself at a town meeting, will begin a new thread of quests for you to take on. Until the wraith does appear, you will have to wait several days. So, be sure to obtain Natalia’s Hammer as early on as possible.
