If you would like to get moreChampion Spirits, you will need to head over to theChampion Stadiumfrom theExploreoption on the main home screen of the game.

TheChampion Stadiumprovides you with rewards for defeating theElite Four, with one of those rewards being 5Champion Spiritsper battle. Alternatively, you can also getChampion Spiritsby going to theMonthlytab in theExchange Itemsmenu.
Here, you can exchange5 Star Power-Uptickets forChampion Spirits. Doing it this way allows you to exchange for up to 20Champion Spiritsat a time, with the next available wave ofChampion Spiritsavailable at the start of the following month.
