SEED Points are practically currency in Rune Factory 5. You need them to host festivals, expand your storage, and purchase renovations at Studio Palmer. Whenever you talk to Eliza or Palmo, you might often find yourself short of SEED Points to purchase anything.
It’s frustrating, but like any currency, it’s possible to grind it. Here’s how.
Complete requests
If you see a request on the SEED request board or the Detective Agency, complete it. It will reward you 100 SEED points.
Sometimes, if you talk to people of Rigbath with an open request slot open, they can give you requests as well! As such, verify tonever have more than three active bulletin board requestsat a time. In fact, only take up a bulletin board request if you’re absolutely sure you may fulfill it within the day.
Bulletin board requests never disappear. It’s alright to leave them alone. Even if you cancel your current request, they will just go back to the board.
Subjugate monsters
Capturing monsters is, by far, the best way to earn a ton of SEED points quickly. Talk toLiviaand captureWanted Monsters. Just be careful! Many of them may be at a higher level than you.
By the way, you also earn SEED points for every monster you defeat (more if it’s a boss monster). If you have nothing else better to do until 1am in-game, we highly recommended monster hunting.

Win contests
Winning festival contests, especially first place, will earn you as many SEED points as a Wanted Monster capture. You need SEED points to host them, of course—but if you’re hosting them, might as well win, right? Plus, you get more (and better) rewards than that, so it’s all worth it. For example, it’s possible to get a ton of Recipe Bread, rare weapons, rare armor, and high-level food.
