A great way to combat these machines is to take out the part of their body that is responsible for these attacks. For the Frost Glinthawk, taking out itsChillwater Sacwill result in its elemental damage being diminished, saving Aloy a lot of HP in battle.

Players can attack machines with different kinds of elemental attacks. Elemental attacks in the game include Fire, Shock, Frost, Plasma, Purgewater, and Acid. The Glinthawk will beweak todamage from Fire and Shock attacks. They will bestrong againstdamage from Frost attacks.

In Horizon Forbidden West, Cauldrons allow players to override the machines within that Cauldron once they have completed it.
