The Missing Miner is a World Quest that you can accept in The Chasm’s Underground Mines. You must first complete thelast part of The Heavenly Stone’s DebrisWorld Quest to initiate this quest, which will light up the Underground Waterway.
Once that’s done, head to the area circled in the image below. You’ll find a small tree tunnel beside a Seelie Post.

Enter the tunnel to find a desk with aglowing Work Handbook. Interact with it to prompt Uncle Hee to appear. Doing so will unlock the Wonders of the World Achievement calledNot For Long-Term Consumption.
Uncle Hee will appear high on mushrooms and insists that you help him pick mushroom meat. Head outside andcollect the four Starshroomsin front of the tunnel. Some Floating Fungi will spawn—defeat themto complete this part of the quest.
After, head toThe Chasm exploration campin the Ad-Hoc Main Tunnel and speak to Jinwu, who will call for the Sumeru researcher Khedive to assess Uncle Hee’s physical and mental condition, completing this World Quest.
