Do Constellations matter in 4-star characters in Genshin Impact?
It’s much easier to gather Constellations for 4-star characters likeXingqiu, as you are guaranteed a 4-star weapon or character every10 pulls. Pulling on a banner that features these characters is easy to get, and if you play long term, you will ultimately max out many 4-star constellations without much trouble.

Honestly, you should attempt to getfull Constellationson any 4-star you use, as they can sometimes becomemore powerfulthan even some C1 Five-stars. With the exception of characters likeBennett,who has a catch to his C6, most 4-stars being maxed out is a great help to your team.
Do Constellations matter in 5-star characters in Genshin Impact?
Deciding whether to C6 a 5-star is where things get tricky. To C6 a 5-star, you are looking at spending over$1,000, even if you are lucky enough to win several 50/50 pulls. Many characters are also powerful enough to completely destroy the Spiral Abyss at C0, as can be seen withRaiden Shogun.
While any C6 5-star will beoverpowered, it’s generally not worth it to spend that much money. Some 5-stars likeZhonglican benefit from hitting C2, but this will only apply based on the team you are using.
The rule of thumb is to check on each character’s individual needs, but for the most part, going all the way to C6 on a 5-star character simply isn’t needed.
