Three companions were highlighted in the showcase,Natsai Onai,Poppy Sweeting, andSebastian Sallow. These companions serve many purposes in the game and will seeminglyassist players in combat. They also have the ability toteach players new skills and spellsthat are exclusively available through that companion. Interacting with companions should be a worthwhile time investment if it provides players with exclusive abilities.
