Theyellow starmarks a barrier hiding the two hidden Mokoko Seeds. You cannot get these until you reach the end of the dungeon and defeat the boss. Once you do so, you’re able to return to the beginning of the dungeon to collect them.
The rest of the Mokoko Seeds in Dr. Bergstorm’s Laboratory are out in the open. Simply proceed through the dungeon, and you should find them all as you make your way.
