On the map above, you will find all of the Mokoko Seeds. There aren’t any that are out of the way or unlikely to be grabbed. These Mokoko Seeds are only tricky because the nearby monsters interrupt players pretty often.
The Mokoko Seeds listed above have monsters spawning next to them. Make sure you know exactly where the Mokoko Seed is, kill the monsters, then grab it. If you don’t do this, you will be interrupted by monsters while trying to find the Mokoko Seeds.
By starting from Glacial Wall Sanctuary and moving south, you can get the Mokoko Seeds without many detours.
