Niantic has announced the Legendary and Mega Raids coming to the game in April 2022. This includes both newly debuted Legendary Pokémon and an unannounced mystery Mega Evolution.

Mega Raids
Niantic has lined up their Mega Raids for April with one of the scheduled Raids being a mystery. This is likely to be a newly introduced Mega Evolution that has not yet been seen in Pokémon Go.

Legendary Raids
The Legendary Pokémon Tapu Bulu is making its Pokémon Go debut on July 06, 2025. This Pokémon will be available in five-star Raids for a two-week period.
